Use Model S12 trays upside down in Harlo frame and fill platform with wet foam to design flowers.

New Ideas in Using our Floral Wreath Trays

Rebecca has been meeting customers all over the United States and they have been so gracious in showing her new ways they are using our floral wreath trays.  These ideas are so awesome! They save you time, money, and are an easier way to navigate some of the mechanics, ensuring your arrangements are secure and easy to transport.

Create high-end arrangements for weddings, events, or other special occasions by turning an S12 tray upside down in a metal pillar flower stand. Then fill it with foam and design as you normally would! Since the trays are water-tight, you don't have to worry about leakage or structural damage from using them upside-down.

Use the tray for an easel wreath by drilling a small hole in the back or using a hot nail to melt a small hole in the top of the tray to hang on an easel.  Then you can place a picture, plaque, or large bow on the platform.

**Pro tip: Be sure to glue your foam in while it's dry and then soak the whole tray in water before using it for your design. Use tape if needed to keep it more secure since it will be hanging on an easel and not laying flat on a table. We recommend using our trays for easel wreaths (especially the S12 size) since they are usually less expense than the foamed wreaths you can find at your wholesaler.

UrnTray's S12 model fits great over the top of cylinder or square vases. This allows you to fill the vase with whatever you like!  Arrangements with vines and flowers flowing down a bit look nice with twinkle lights. Regardless of how you like to design though, this tray is a great tool for "Wow-Factor", high-end centerpieces.

Use a dome on top for more allure or to add specific design elements that will transform your entire piece.

The Large R1516 trays are great for holiday feasts or other food displays. Rebecca baked this 10.5 lb Turkey to show how it fits. Yummy!

This Large R1516 tray displays a 14" X 11" picture frame nicely,  kiddy-corner across the top of platform. You don't even notice the black platform!

Both sizes are great for sport banquets or any type of fun centerpiece.

If you turn the R1516 tray around so the the large trough of tray is in the front, you have more space to add more flowers that can cascade down the front of a table for great displays of art, urns, very small caskets, or a wedding cake garden meadow. The depth of tray allows for flowers to stay fresher longer in the water and since it's water-tight, it will not leak, thus preserving the surface it sits on.

We love this beautiful arrangement with lighting inside a cylinder vase on top of the S12 platform. And who needs foam when you can have fresh baby plants to put in the tray? Cover the platform with flat moss to hide the tray. Be sure to lightly water the plants to keep them alive. This particular design lasted 2.5 months before those babies needed to be transplanted.

As you can see, there are countless ways to use an UrnTray! We've loved seeing the ingenuity some of our customers have exhibited with our floral wreath trays and can't wait to see what other incredible uses they come up with.
