Returns
UrnTray will accept returns within the first 30 days after you receive your product for a full or partial refund. UrnTray products must be returned in the same state they were received. Please refer to our "Damaged Upon Receipt" clause and contact rebecca@urntray.com with pictures of the damage incurred during shipping so we can offer a full or a partial refund.
We recommend packaging them in a similar manner to which they were received in order to avoid any damage. Customer will initially pay return shipping. Items must be in their original condition and wrapped in original packaging. Upon their return to UrnTray, a support specialist will determine if the product warrants a full or a partial refund. If any part of the product is damaged, only a partial refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Refunds will be issued once the item is checked back into the warehouse.
Order items shipped internationally are not eligible for return.
All sales are final on clearance and sale items. No refunds, exchanges, or additional credit can be issued for these items.
Like most other industries, UrnTray may be affected by issues in the Supply Chain. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the production time needed to fill your order but we are doing our best by working with manufacturing in the United States to meet the need. If it becomes apparent that it will take 3 months to fulfill your order due to plastic needed to make the product, you will receive a full refund. We can assure you that we are dedicated to the floral industry and getting the best quality of product we can to fulfill the needs of professionals like you.
