Whoa, 2025 is only three months in and it feels like we've been non-stop since the New Year!
January started off with a trip to Utah to visit family and meet a few shop owners in Salt Lake City. In February and March, trips were added to Arkansas, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, and Minnesota, including the GLFEE (Great Lakes Floral and Event Expo) Convention in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We met dozens of amazing florists and designers and were so excited to see the amazing talent and creativity featured at the event.
In Florida, we met more incredible florists, including Bob Tucker, Executive Director of the FSA (Florida State Florists' Association). He invited us to attend their Annual Convention on June 6-8, 2025. I will be teaching a class during the convention and am so eager to meet more of the florists from that corner of the country.
Amidst all the aforementioned activities, we also chose a new company to manufacture our products. Moving manufacturers is not a small feat and requires a lot of scheduling and strategy to ensure everything is in place in order to begin production. Nevertheless, we are excited about the potential growth and future we see with them and can already see a solid foundation from which we will continue to progress.
Between traveling, selling, and a busy personal life (dental work, jury duty, church service, and preparing for my son's wedding this year - to name a few), I can't believe it's only been three months! This has been a busy first quarter with a promising outlook for the rest of the year and we cannot be more excited to see what the rest of 2025 brings!
Here are a few more pictures of our adventures this year:
