2026 UrnTray Design Contest Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    • The UrnTray Floral Design Contest ("Contest") is open to professional florists and designers aged 18 and above.
    • Employees and immediate family members of UrnTray, LLC, are not eligible to participate.

  2. Submission Guidelines:

    • Only ONE entry per business. If multiple photos are submitted, UrnTray reserves the right to choose which will be in the final contest.
    • All entries must be submitted to amber@urntray.com by June 27th, 2026.
    • Any legally registered business may participate.
    • Designs must prominently feature an UrnTray floral wreath tray.
    • Photos that are in focus, with a plain background (light colors work best) that better highlight your design, are preferred over those without (please no watermarks). 
    • Submissions must include Designer Name, Business Name, Tray Size, and a brief description of the design.
    • Participants must provide a statement about their experience with UrnTray's floral wreath trays.
    • Entries can encompass a wide range of floral designs; creativity is encouraged! It doesn't have to be limited to floral urn wreaths or memorial pieces.
    • For inspiration, participants may explore our gallery or blog for diverse ideas and use their imagination to create unique designs.

  3. Intellectual Property:

    • Participants must ensure that their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
    • By submitting an entry, participants grant UrnTray, LLC the right to use the photo and statement for promotional purposes.

  4. Editing Rights:

    • UrnTray, LLC reserves the right to edit and reword statements for clarity, grammar, and promotional purposes.

  5. Voting Process:

    • Voting will take place on Facebook from June 30th to July 3rd, 2026.
    • Participants, friends, family, etc., are encouraged to vote.
    • One vote per person.
    • In the event that a participant votes more than once, UrnTray reserves the right to request the participant to revote for only one entry.
    • Failure to comply with the revoting request will result in the disqualification of all votes cast by that participant.

  6. Winner's Prize:

    • The submission with the most valid votes wins
    • The winner will be announced on July 7th, 2026.
    • The winning designer will receive their choice of one box of trays (either the large or small trays) shipped at no charge.
    • To receive the prize, the winner must provide UrnTray with their shipping information and EIN.
    • UrnTray will reach out to the winner separately to confirm all details prior to shipping.

  7. Disqualification:

    • UrnTray, LLC reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the specified guidelines.
    • Any attempt to manipulate the voting process or breach the terms and conditions may result in disqualification.

  8. General Terms:

    • Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
    • UrnTray, LLC is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected submissions.

  9. Contact:

By participating in the UrnTray 2026 Floral Design Contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. UrnTray, LLC reserves the right to amend or cancel the contest at its discretion. The decision of UrnTray, LLC, in all matters relating to the contest is final.
