READ THROUGH FOR COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING BEFORE PURCHASING

Orders are typically sent out within 1-2 business days. We stop shipping on Friday at 2:00 PM Central Time. If orders come in after that time, they will be shipped out the following business day.

We realize the space of a few days could matter quite a bit if you're hoping to receive your order soon. While we cannot guarantee how quickly the shipping companies will deliver your order, we can make an exception to our policies by offering you a "Speedy Service" option, allowing us to ship after hours on Friday (after 2:00 PM CT) until Saturday at 3:00 PM. 

Please note that, regardless of delivering your order to the shipping company during their open hours, we cannot promise exactly when the order will work its way through their system or if it will leave their facility before Sunday. 

This service only covers the time and labor associated with UrnTray's efforts to get your order shipped out during our after-business hours. IT DOES NOT COVER ANY EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGES.
